I ordered a pair of very expensive shoes from Tessabit via Yoox. The shoes I received were not as described on the website. I contacted them 3 times already. Four days have passed since I first contacted them, still no reply from Tessabit. Do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered some trainers with a 2-3 day delivery. Received confirmation and payment was taken. I have not received the trainers or a tracking number and we are about 9 days after I ordered. I have contacted the customer service but got no response.

I made an order on Saturday and the parcel arrived 3 days later. The packaging and the contents were all perfect :) Thank you Tessabit team!

I like the quality of the item I just bought, it’s a breathtaking, the experience was great, i definitely would order again, but I have a little doubt about it, there is a little damage when my shoe came, there was a very small scratches on the shoe, but I’m fine with it. the quality is great. I just hope that you guys will take cautions next time and make sure everything looks fine before you guys ship it. Keep up with the good service!
